Aldi have been serving up the good stuff for us slimming worlders for a while now, with a long list of items that suit the plan to a T. This, however has to be one of their most interesting offerings so far. A range of wines called "Featherweight" that, at a mere 55 calories for a small glass  (150mls) makes this a very low syn wine -  3 syns per glass.

At about half the ABV of a regular wine (5.5%) you will be ever-so-gracefully buzzed on this low syn wine. Whats more  - it is very cheap at just £2.99 a bottle. The range is only available in selected stores around the UK currently. Have you come across it? Please share the love with your fellow slimming worlders by commenting below if you have seen it in your local.

Cheers to Aldi!
